You can also direct message people on X, taking the conversation out of the public space and making it more personal. It’s a good process, particularly for customer service opportunities.
You can go live on X and stream whatever you’re doing and X was the first social media channel to introduce hashtags. They remain a strong feature on X to see trending topics, but also for events and branding.
