Identifying your target audience is crucial for developing an effective strategy that addresses their specific needs and interests
It’s important to remember that social media is all about people. At their core, that’s what social media platforms are – meeting places where people connect.
The question is, who are you trying to connect with? Who are your audience? It’s so important that you know as much as you can about your audience and potential audience, so you can be sure you’re finding them online and really speaking to them in a way that sparks engagement.
In this course, we’re going to identify your audience and get to know them better. We will look at demographics, interests and behaviours to put together audience personas for your product, or different segments of your business. This is what will separate you from your competitors and set you on the way to social media success.
